Marketplace Guidelines

The Easy Gaming Portal Marketplace lets players buy and sell game accounts, items and in-game currency directly with each other. Every purchase is held in escrow — your payment is only released to the seller once you confirm the account works — so both sides are protected. This page explains how it works.

1. How buying works

1. Contact the seller. Open a listing and message the seller to agree the details.
2. Pay securely. Your payment is held in escrow by Easy Gaming Portal — it is not sent straight to the seller.
3. Receive the credentials. The seller delivers the login details through the order. They are encrypted and revealed only to you, the buyer who paid.
4. Secure the account. Log in and immediately change the password and recovery email/phone to your own.
5. Confirm receipt. Once the account works, confirm it on your order. That releases the payment to the seller.
6. Funds are released to the seller when you confirm — or automatically when the escrow window closes, if the credentials were delivered and you never confirmed.

If the seller doesn't deliver: once they are more than 72 hours late you can request a refund of your escrowed payment from your Purchase History. If the escrow window closes with nothing delivered at all, your payment is returned to your wallet in full, automatically — the seller is never paid for an undelivered account.

Confirming receipt is final. It releases the payment to the seller and cannot be undone, so only confirm after you have signed in and checked the account. If something is wrong beforeyou confirm — not as described, can't access the account — raise it in the order chat and ask Easy Gaming Portal to step in while the payment is still held in escrow.

2. How selling works

1. Create a listing — title, price, the sign-in methods the account is linked to, and clear screenshots.
2. Chat and agree the deal with the buyer.
3. Deliver the credentials after the buyer pays — provide the login for every linked sign-in method, and change any recovery email/phone to the buyer first. Keep a copy of what you delivered until the sale clears — it protects you in a dispute.
4. Get paid. Your sale proceeds go into your Marketplace Balance once the sale clears. From there you can Transfer to Wallet to spend on Easy Gaming Portal, or Request a payout to your bank.

3. Fees

• Listing and selling are currently free — no commission. You receive 100% of your sale price into your Marketplace Balance.
• Transfer to Wallet: no fee.
• Request a payout: no fee; minimum RM 50 per payout, paid to the bank account on your verified KYC profile.
• Rates may change in future; any change will be shown on this page.

4. Prohibited conduct & safety

• Zero tolerance for stolen, hacked or fraudulently obtained accounts, chargeback fraud, or misrepresenting what you are selling. Violations lead to removal, forfeiture of balances, and possible reporting to the authorities.
• Keep everything on-platform. Always pay and communicate through Easy Gaming Portal so escrow and dispute protection apply. Contact details are masked in chat for your safety.
• KYC is required to sell and to be paid out. Payouts are made only to the seller's own verified bank account (identity and bank details on file).
• You are responsible for complying with the game publisher's terms; some publishers restrict account transfers.
